Published fees apply to the stated base scope, one decision question and adequate, searchable source information in English or Russian. Delivery starts on the first Kazakhstan business day after written appointment, agreed advance payment, complete source materials and any scheduled management interview. ALMECO confirms the final fee and delivery date in writing before appointment.

Expedited delivery, where capacity permits, is quoted separately and normally carries a 30% surcharge. No additional cost or material scope change proceeds without prior written approval.

7–12 business days · typically USD 8,000–15,000. Wider red-flag, permitting, delivery-route and action-plan assignment.
Desktop TDD typically USD 6,000–12,000; coordinated field and specialist TDD typically USD 15,000–45,000+.
5–15 business days · typically USD 5,000–10,000 for a defined review; complex or detailed BoQ work is priced from USD 12,500.

Setup typically USD 5,000–12,000; monthly owner / lender support typically USD 7,500–20,000 after an initial diagnostic.
Initial assessment typically USD 5,000–10,000. Full chronology, delay or quantum work is scoped separately; not legal advice.
From USD 15,000. Engineering concept, site, utilities, CAPEX, OPEX, schedule and implementation-risk inputs; finance, tax and legal advice remain with qualified advisers.
From USD 12,500. Early technical, site, capacity, lifecycle and delivery-option work. Excludes legal structuring, financial modelling, VfM and fiscal-commitment advice.
