After reviewing the source materials and available work window, ALMECO confirms the start date, delivery period and final fee in writing. Work begins only after written appointment, agreed advance payment and receipt of the required materials.

A contract with a non-resident client may be agreed in KZT or another permitted currency, with the amount and rate basis confirmed in ALMECO's written proposal. Applicable VAT and taxes are confirmed in that proposal. Larger document sets, multiple sites, entities or jurisdictions, non-searchable or untranslated records, extra meetings, fieldwork, specialist disciplines and third-party reliance may increase the fee. Unless expressly included, fees exclude applicable withholding, bank and intermediary charges, travel, translation, authority or utility charges, surveys, tests, purchased data and third-party professional fees. Expedited delivery, where capacity permits, is quoted separately and normally carries a 30% surcharge. No additional cost or material scope change proceeds without prior written approval.

5–15 business days · typically KZT 2.3–4.6 million for a defined review; complex or detailed BoQ work is priced from KZT 5.8 million.

Setup typically KZT 2.3–5.5 million; monthly owner / lender support typically KZT 3.5–9.2 million after an initial diagnostic.

From KZT 6.9 million for a defined engineering workstream—not a complete regulatory or bankable feasibility study. Includes concept, site, utilities, CAPEX, OPEX, schedule and implementation-risk inputs; finance, tax and legal advice remain with qualified advisers.
From KZT 5.8 million. Early technical, site, capacity, lifecycle and delivery-option work. Excludes legal structuring, financial modelling, VfM and fiscal-commitment advice.
