Controller and contact
ALMECO LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan, controls project-enquiry information received through its published contact channels. Privacy questions and data requests may be sent to info@almeco.kz.
Direct enquiries
This website does not collect a project brief through a web form. If you choose email, WhatsApp or telephone, the information you provide is processed through that communication provider and ALMECO’s business records. Normal hosting security logs may record limited technical information for security.
Project information
Do not send sensitive drawings, contracts, personal data or commercial information until ALMECO confirms the scope route. Where appropriate, we sign an NDA and agree a controlled document channel before review.
Purpose, basis and retention
The enquiry is used to assess fit and conflicts, contact you, prepare a scope and administer a potential engagement. Enquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes, legal obligations, dispute protection and documented business records, then deleted or anonymised under ALMECO’s retention process.
Communication providers and specialists
Email, messaging, telecommunications and hosting providers process limited data needed to deliver their services. Approved specialists receive only information reasonably needed for their work and are subject to confidentiality. Cross-border processing may occur where a provider or approved specialist is located outside Kazakhstan, subject to applicable safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads provide aggregate traffic measurement and measure interactions with the published contact channels. Measurement storage operates automatically outside the EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland. For visitors in those regions, analytics and advertising storage and advertising user-data signals are denied by default, so only privacy-preserving cookieless signals are sent. Ad personalisation is always disabled.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by email. Some records may need to be retained where law, contract or legitimate professional protection requires it. ALMECO does not sell enquiry or project data.
