Integrated delivery model

The right disciplines, coordinated around each project decision.

ALMECO structures each assignment around the disciplines it actually requires—from surveys, geology and design to cost, permitting, environmental review, construction, technical supervision and project controls. Scope, interfaces, information needs and deliverables are defined before work starts.

The client receives one ALMECO coordination route, a clear responsibility matrix and management-ready reporting. Work is aligned with Kazakhstan’s current technical, permitting and market context; regulated activities are performed by appropriately appointed specialists within the applicable licence or accreditation scope.

Company platform

Licensed and accredited capability, scaled with project-specific specialists.

ALMECO combines its Kazakhstan licences and accreditations with project-specific surveyors, geologists, designers, cost engineers, environmental specialists and legal advisers. For each engagement, qualifications, scope, interfaces, conflicts and confidentiality are confirmed; regulated participants remain responsible for their appointed professional work unless the written engagement states otherwise.

Category II design licence

Kazakhstan-regulated design capability, subject to the licensed scope and appointed specialists.

Category II construction licence

Construction capability within the applicable licence and project requirements.

Project management accreditation

Accredited project-management capability in architecture, urban planning and construction in Kazakhstan.

Technical supervision accreditation

Technical-supervision capability for complex facilities at Level I responsibility, subject to the assignment scope.

Technical inspection accreditation

Technical-inspection capability for complex facilities at Levels I–II responsibility, subject to the assignment scope.

International management discipline

PMP-led planning, risk, scope, controls and management reporting.

A dated verification pack with current licence, accreditation and appointed-specialist evidence is provided for the relevant assignment during qualification or proposal review.
